You could apply that to a whole lot of politicians, which is why they deserve no respect whatsoever. None. The way that I feel at this point, citizens should be allowed to sit in the gallery in Congress, hurl insults at them, laugh at them, and ridicule them. If we were to put into place very, very strict term limits, and entirely do away with career politicians, I would then be amenable to showing them respect again.
