Did Napolitano miss the fact that in the John Edwards case, wherein payments of campaign cash to silence his babymama girlfriend, were ruled legal? Paying hush money to Trump’s blackmailing whores is the same thing, therefore not illegal. Whole thing is a farce.
Judge Nap is a fraud. I cannot for the life of me figure out what prominent case or legal accomplishment this man has to his credit. I try to follow his predictions but almost each and every time, they are wrong.
So, “Judge” Nap, if I order someone to cross the street when the light is green and he later pleads “guilty” to that, I am guilty? Guilty of what?
Unlike “Judge” Nap, Derschowitz, who has actually accomplished something and is a keen legal mind (that I don’t always agree with) points out correctly that there has to be an underlying crime.
Just because a prosecutor now calls brushing your teeth a crime, it doesn’t make it one. And if “Judge” Nap can’t see that, then he clearly has another agenda.
Just saw Nap on Fox Special Report - spouting the same stuff - seemed to be actually arguing that while the underlying act of paying hush money to keep someone quiet, as long as not done for purely political reasons, was legal, arranging a scheme to keep the payments hidden and unpublicized was criminal - only someone marinating in our bizarre legal system for many years could believe such nonsense.....
