During his debate with Palin, he was babbling about how the US and France had teamed up and driven Hizbullah out of South Lebanon. Unfortunately, Palin didn’t know that no such thing had happened, and wasn’t able to capitalize on Biden’s complete idiocy with a “what the hell are you talking about Joe?”
