Trump seems to manage a certain amount of respect for Putin, is he a naïve and gullible fool in your opinion?
Trump does NOT "like and respect" Putin. He knows full well that he is a snake, not to be trusted. However, he was absolutely naive about him and Russia early on. Luckily he was set straight by some wise and knowledgeable folks in and around his administration.
