But like all socialism, it WILL fail. And when it does, it will be ugly.
I’ve probably only got about 10 more years of being “able bodied and ready to fight.” I would really hate to see all this come down at a point that I am too old and no longer able to be of practical use. I’ve never enjoyed being a spectator.
But no matter what the time frame, I think things are already too far gone to hope for a peaceful (sane) solution. The nutballs are empowered and gaining strength daily. I very much fear the future for our wonderful country.

I know that feeling. But I can still hit anything at 300 yards. Been trying to start a discussion on FR about how we armed patriots are going to react when tyranny or leftist insurrection arises. Organization, leadership, mission, logistics; none of these issues are being currently addressed.
There’s no latter day Paul Revere alerting the villagers with “To arms, to arms!!”.
“From my cold, dead hands” is no plan of operations.

If I step back and look at things globally, there is a vortex of socialism, tyranny, despotism, dictatorship in virtually every country. The US got snagged in it back in the 1930s. The US Constitution as written is not compatible with socialism. Its “interpetation” tells another story. Technology in the last 30 years, without the moral underpinning to maintain American freedom, has accelerated socialism’s advancement. I hope we wake up fast.
