I also made a mistake before by voting for JFK (so I was young) and LBJ. LBJ came to our campus during campaign and said he would not send our boys to fight for a country, S. Vietnam, who wouldn’t fight for their own country. He got elected and did just the opposite. That was the last Democrat I voted for.
