What’s depressing is that we’re getting demolished in every single one of those wars. And worse we’re not even putting up a fight!
Our side desperately needs a leader or two who can shake us out of our stupor and mobilize us into an army of activists. Remember the tea party days? Back them we had them on the run. We need to revive that passion.
In a way the election of Trump has lulled us to sleep. We thought we won and Trump would single handedly take care of business. Meanwhile Trump’s victory had the opposite effect on the left, it energized them like nothing before.

Yes, there is a broad disrespect for any citizen over 50, but it is especially bad for white males over 50. I’ve noticed this coarseness growing over a couple decades.

Yep. Already switched to The Spice House. She’s the sister in the family; the business was split between the siblings when the parents passed on. (I can’t recommend their ‘Sunny Paris’ blend enough. Excellent on fish and chicken; awesome in an egg dish.
I don’t know her politics and she never reveals them...because she’s an excellent Businesswoman! :)
I grew up in Milwaukee. Went to The Spice House as a kid with my family and did the Usinger’s and Brewery Tours whenever guests were in town. I still love Water Street; great food and great beer! And I can’t count how many Opening Days we spent at Brown County Stadium (now, Miller Park) to see the Brewers and/or the Packers on alternate weeks w/Green Bay. :)
The Spice House always had the PERFECT spices for ‘Sausage Day’ at Grandma’s house; an annual event much like The Running of The Bulls, LOL! I have all of her equipment, now. Making our own bear and elk brats thanks to Beau’s awesome hunting skills is on the agenda this winter...and there will be NO Penzey’s spices in any of them! *P-too-ie*

All the womansplaining in the world isn’t going to help Gillette. They stepped in it pretty big, and their division president will have some womansplaining of his own to do in front of the P&G CEO and the board next quarter when revenue reviews come up.
