Holy crap - Trump need to keep this going for the next two years. Just bargain with the RATs for incremental infusions of money to pay employees, but keep the Gov’t effectively closed - winning !!!

In fact, he could claim emergeny powers and keep the Gov’t closed - no one could challenge him !!!

Yep - the longer Congress refuses to do its job, the more validation he has when it comes to taking the reins and yanking the bit back into tender territory.
