Had they not done that in 2016 there would be no Trump because the inner cities would not have stayed home and WI, PA, MI and FL would not be red, they would have been blue. They know they have to have an Obama type candidate to GOTV. Hillary still beat Trump in total votes (let that sink in). It was just that in key places, she didn’t motivate the right kind of people to go vote. They won’t make that same mistake again and it has nothing to do with Trump.
