The breast augmentation IMHO does not look good on her, but what do I know...48 reasons not to get a boob job.
Reason 47: "Boob jobs are like stage makeup: they look good at a distance. They look better on you from 50 feet than from 10 feet, better from 10 feet than from one foot, better in a photograph or video than in real life, and better with more clothing than they do with less. They're at their worst when the distance is most intimate"

I had an implant when I lost my right breast to cancer in 1994. It wasn't long before I was regretting it, and forced to use a "cheater" on the other side to sort-of match the size after I lost a lot of weight in 2013.
I keep hoping I will find a way this side of major surgery to have it deflated and removed. I would rather have tiny things than "one of each."
At the time, I was dumber than a box of rocks and figured the doctors knew what they were doing. If I knew then what I know now...

Definitely true. Unless they're used for reconstructive surgery, I think cosmetic augmentation lowers the overall quality of what men consider physically beautiful in women.
Don't get me started on tattoos and tramp stamps...
