This statement is very important because Section 1 of the 14th Amendment (14A) contains express protections for persons, including not depriving a person from life without due process of law.
From the 14th Amendment:
"Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. It seems ironic that pro-abortion liberals who fear the reversal of Row v Wade more than nuclear war have just authored the bill that will take the issue to a newly constituted Supreme Court. It is likes moths flying to the flames. By the time the case makes it to the SC, Ginsburg will likely be 6 feet under and the law will get the thumbs down, taking Row v Wade down with it.
