The media is covering for NY and Virginia and the health of RBG. If RBG could weigh in she would vote to abort late and often.

I remember being in school in the 50’s and learning about Greek cultures that set unhealthy babies out for the wolves and I nearly vomited at the thought of it. Now we just cut them up into pieces and flush them. It is sickening to me, all of it. Of the many millions of aborted babies I doubt there were more than a handful that were done to save the life of the mother. So now we want to go back 3000 years to the ancient methods of society control.
I was a preemie. The priest at the hospital told my father that my birth would perhaps kill my mother and that they would attempt to save me first and they needed his signature to show he understood the policy. How society has changed.
By the way my father set the clipboard down, picked my mother up off the emergency room table and took her to another hospital. We were both fine after my birth. He gave me his name.

Agree. And Roberts is a Catholic, but likely a Leftist Catholic who believes , like Pelousi, that the ‘life begins at’ discussion is not ‘settled’ within Catholicism.

Every legislator who co-sponsers should have to view the procedure before they vote on it. We know they do not actually read the bill before they vote or co-sponser. Make them see what’s in it. Make them watch a 9 month abortion in action! Live from New York!

This is what I have been saying constantly since the day I heard about the NY legislation. Since they must realize this is going to result in challenges that will reach the marginally more conservative Supreme Court, the real question is why.
Why are they taking the very action that could easily result in a ruling that will knock the legs out from under Row v. Wade? The first thing to remember is that nothing is actually sacred to the Democrat leadership. The motivation behind absolutely everything that they do is for the procurement of more power and influence.
They could not care less if they are putting the things that their base wants at risk. If Row v. Wade is taken out shortly before the next election it will light up their base. They have been trying to do this unsuccessfully with other issues without a lot of success. So now they are throwing gasoline on the fire. They think that this will help their chances to take the presidency, both houses of Congress and then stack the Supreme Court. What appears to be stupidity is actually a bold power grab.
These infanticide state laws will get Rowe overturned.
An answer to prayer, if and when it occurs.
I do not understand the notion of using late-term abortions to kill a non-viable fetus. As Virginia’s governor claimed,if the baby is non-viable, then why not let it be born, and then it will die a natural death?
I suspect their language is convoluted to create confusion among us.
Personally, I would like the SC to overturn Roe and kick this issue BACK to the states- WHERE IT BELONGS! Its only claim to having jurisdiction over this terrible ruling harkens back to the infamous Marbury decision giving the Court, and NOT the Constitution, the right to decide its OWN jurisdiction.
Let the PEOPLE decide whether or not to put their children into the arms of Moloch.
No, they know they are toothless and none of the legislation they pass in the house has a chance in hell of becoming law. This is all just theater to please their base, so they can go back and brag about how they voted “yes” on all of the insane leftist agenda.
