Saw the ad a couple days ago and clicked on it.
Got choked up.
Played it for the wife and kids. Wife liked it a lot. The kids gave it a standing ovation.
My CJ7 project came with a blown I6 hence the low price. It’s being slowly reassembled.
It will probably get another I6 crate engine.
I always wanted a J10/20 and the original full sized Chief.
I'm getting a Compass in the next two months. Three buddies have them and they love them......
The 4.0 liter straight-6 was a beast, forced into demise by BS environmentalist CAFE standards.
I was hopping to see their return after Trump handed the EPA over to Scott Pruitt who promised to take a chainsaw to CAFE standards.
Oh well...
Pretty good.
Best stay away from the new small Jeeps, like the Renegade.
Those are Fiat’s with extra bling and a Jeep badge.
Not worthy of the Jeep heritage
Great Ad!
Fix It Again Tony!
Fix It Again, Tyrone.
“Wait til you try to trade it in or sell it.
Never get yours off the pavement, huh?
How much hearing loss do you have due to the cabin noise?”
You are so clueless.
I was thinking as I watched it that the concept itself is outside-the-box and its execution was perfect. I had to ‘sing’ the anthem in my head to match up with the images, a real innovation in viewer involvement. It required a pretty intense engagement to keep up with it.
To get the most out of it requires multiple viewing, which just adds to the cleverness.
Well done.
LMAO! How true!
I thought the same thing - but I have to wonder how somebody who doesn't know the words to the Anthem would perceive it, and unfortunately, you know there are a lot of Americans who don't, and will see this ad.
Here's their "Portaits" ad from the superbowl a few years back on Jeep's 75th anniversary. It remains one of my favorites: Jeep Portraits

Great ad. Thanks for posting.
I wonder how many others do that, when they see this.
