This is a terrible article. This is not about hurt feelings. If that were so every side or group could claim to be owed special treatment. Dignity, human rights, and justice are the higher calling of free nations. Israel is not a charity case, it’s a unique blend of democracy, freedom, excellence and Judaism. We owe respect, not pity, to one of the few nations that, like the USA, was founded on higher moral principles of the rights of man and the rule of God.
