They found a charming Somali lad who was planning to explode the Christmas tree lighting at Pioneer Courthouse Square in 2010. That was when they finally saw the light and joined with the FBI like every other major city in the U.S.
Now that the Somali lad is away for 30 years, I guess they figure they are safe again.
