or even someone just showing up in front of a camera, claiming to feel bad and asking for the media to go out and find the unnamed white person who made them feel bad
To: Williams
Bill Clinton said he remembered “all those black church fires when he was growing up.”
No one could find a single one in a review of Little Rock news...

The only purpose of this was to dare Republicans to vote no. that, and a boost to kamala's bona fides in the halls of the legislature ... they didn't even have to dare the republicans. I think they fall in line automatically at this point.
Blessings all around today!

I thought murder was already against the law.

I applaud the Senators for taking such a brave stand against such a popular yet despicable act.
It takes great courage to expend so much of their political capital on this.
It’s right up there with Martin Luther’s dissent of the Catholic church and that Chinese student who faced down the tank in Tianimen Square.
Of course naysayers will falsely claim that is just virtue signalling of the highest order with absolutely no significance, but us true social justice warriors have this as the moment the trajectory of U.S. History was forever changed for the better.

I certainly hope the definition of a lynching includes a properly tied “lynch knot” and the use of a tree branch and a horse.

When was the last documented lynching in the USA? What are these clowns afraid of? I don't think they're afraid, I just think all the good potential hate crimes have already been scooped up legislation wise ... Sacajaweau posted the last lynching was in 1981 in the U.S.
Cheers upon your way today!

I’m surprised Juicy Mullet didn’t testify.

If most of the sitting Senators had any shame they would not have run for office.
They are ignorant, pompous, buffoons swollen with arrogance.

It’s not stupid if you look at it as they’re protecting theirselves. In the back of their mind somewhere they know their time is coming. lol

It depends on how lynching is defined in the legislation. The devil is in the details.

Nicely put and a few tats of eloquence that I really liked.
Have a great day, Freeper!

I look forward to the Senators next issuing statements condemning doctors using leaches to drain patient’s blood and asserting that earth revolves around the sun.

So those convicted of TREASON can’t be hung, apparently it will be firing squad, but wasn’t Hussein hyng?
To: Ann Archy
I would bet that the law will have a racial component and a very broad definition, so that every time a white man assaults a black man it will be a federal felony instead of a state crime, regardless of motive and circumstances.

Hey, how about passing a law making beheading illegal also? I wonder how the two Muzzies will vote on that one.
