I don’t think anyone has read the bill, but I bet it includes making it illegal to play Hangman, or for anyone (especially weather reporters on TV stations) to even draw a noose.

The only thing that remotely comes to mind is those idiots who dragged the guy to death behind their truck. It was horrible, and the perps were appropriately dealt with.
