No. Not at all. Listen to his show and you will quickly realize this. He is the most important voice in the Conservative movement today.
I agree with you completely. I have listened to his radio show for years and saw him in person once. I also heard him on the radio discussing and explaining the Biblical prohibitions against homosexuality. That was several years ago, but I cannot imagine his views would change.
In my opinion his is one of the most solid conservatives in the US.
