These are the consequences of a coed military. You can’t stuff young single guys and girls together under confined stressful conditions and expect no consequences. Our ancestors knew it, every society in history up until the 20th century knew it, but we’ve forgotten it somehow.
In the “olden days”, it was separate units, or beside husbands. Some gals do war just fine. Just don’t expect the same proportion.
