Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) on Thursday called on the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to investigate the Trump administration's nuclear negotiations with Saudi Arabia amid reports that senior White House officials pushed for the sale of nuclear technology to Riyadh.
"We request that GAO conduct an urgent review of [the Department of Energy's] interactions with Saudi Arabia regarding nuclear cooperation, how it has coordinated with or involved other relevant agencies, particularly the State Department, and the specific initiatives or proposals for nuclear cooperation that have been presented or discussed in those interactions," the senators wrote in a letter to Gene Dorado, who leads the GAO.

I admit, Marco had me fooled. Strongly supported him. Then he turned out to be a turd. My wife and I were discussing his vote on the national emergency measure this AM. I said the only thing the guy has working in his favor now is the NRA backs him 100%. My wife said there is something easy to find, another person in Fl who would get the same recommendation. I am a Florida resident who voted for Marco Rubio for Senator, a few years back. No more...I will be doing everything I can to vote for a qualified challenger when Rubio runs, I believe in 2020. Rubio is a traitor & turncoat to POTUS, Trump, Floridians and the our Nation Republic...he must be thrown out-of-office...period!!!
