We did not beat Japan by sailing out of Idaho.....

We might have won sooner if we could have. Ever hear of Harry Bridges, head of the Longshoremen during WWII? He was a Communist traitor who led the longshoremen on strike, tying up war supplies to our forces in the Pacific.

I knew one Marine Captain who said he went into battle with one round of ammunition per man because of Harry Bridges. At the time he swore he would kill him if he ever got the chance. Evidently, he thought better of it, but I'm surprised some soldier didn't.

I did not know about that but with longshoremen I guess I am not surprised.
