The thing I am most suspicous about is her status as a Russian Language specialist contracted by the US Government intelligence agencies with access to the NSA databases. (a common practice, apparently)

She had access to the NSA database between November 2015 and April 2016 when all contractor access to the database was shut down by White Hat Admiral Mike Rogers who saw illegal access in the database skyrocket during an audit.

A report, subsequently drawn up and delivered to the FISA court said that 85% of contractor access accounts were being abused by people exceeding the mandates of their contracts.
