At 76, Joe Biden is one the oldest people to ever mount a presidential campaign, and in his first speech as a presidential candidate Monday, it showed.
The Pennsylvania native and former vice president — who just announced his third attempt at a run for the White House — repeatedly stumbled and slurred his way through his brief, 27-minute remarks in Pittsburgh Monday. His almost every sentence was peppered with verbal stumbles.
He opened: “I want to thank Rich Fritzgerald, the county executive for — the baladanny — the Alleghengy County executive for being here.”
“The country wasn’t built by Wall St. bankers, CEOs, and hudge — heh — and hedge fund managers,” Biden stammered during what was supposed to be a headline moment.
At various points he stumbled over words like “dignity,” “successful,” and “hospitals.” Occasionally words were entirely indecipherable.

If Joe continues with these speech problems it’ll be a miracle if he last for three months. Social media will destroy him and it’s already begun. I don’t see him going the distance. Unless that video was doctorate and that wasn’t the real Joe.

I watch the full speech by Biden. The guy who put the video together had it right. If Joe gets heckled or pushed in anyway he’s going to fold up. There is not much left in Joe‘s gas tank .

I’ve been wondering where his upper lip went. It bothers me.
It’s not his first speech as a presidential candidate. This is the 4th time he’s run. It’s just that the first 3 times were so forgettable.

In older people you may notice a disconnect in the eyes with the brain, a distant stare at times that will get worse, he has this stare. A blank look, especially when asked a question. He is not ready for prime time but his handlers are. Who are his handlers?
IIRC, Foster Brooks was a teetotaler.

Maybe? I don’t mean to sound rude, but I’d characterize it as “likely”. The man has had 2 major brain surgeries in his life. Plus he’s in the zone age-wise for certain forms of dementia. Lets see if the Media will be all over this like they would be if Trump suddenly started slurring his words.
He has to learn how to talk through the botox.
In Biden's case, it was would have been exploratory surgery.
After seeing that,the crowds will be zero.

You will never see Joe‘s medical records they fall into the same category as Obamas SAT scores.
