ObamaCare called for the bureaucratic rationing of health care which was a euphemism for death panels. Once again Joe is conflating immediate Care for a sick/injured person, and placing them on a Cadillac health insurance plan as soon as they unlawfully enter the country.

Yes, they should, and yes they do already. But if we find out that someone is in the country illegally they should be sent home as soon as their medical condition is stabilized enough to allow it.
