Critical Race Theory and the concepts of white privilege and white supremacy was posited by communists because they could not explain why blacks do so poorly on the liberal plantation. There must be some invisible white power that forces too many blacks to behave in a self destructive manner.
There has not been a examination or push back to Critical Race Theory which has allowed it to grow like a cancer. Whites have been too reticent to object to the false allegations of racism. Any opposition to the left’s agenda is now an example of racism.
Mayor Pete is right to worry about a civil war. The ultimate goal of Critical Race Theory is to force whites to submit to black (communist) supremacy. Whites are not going to peaceably volunteer to be slaves.

I believe I get it too well. The strength of a nation is in it’s unified voice.

I think that this castigation is here to stay, at least until all the victim groups can eliminate or enslave the evil white population. Just as the issue of "racism" has flourished since the '60s, the Left has been salivating at the prospect of condemning Whitey in perpetuity. Now that the issue is out of the bag, white supremacy is not going to disappear.
White Supremacy is too good a label to toss aside since it is quickly being applied to all the hated groups despised by the Left, i.e., Christians, patriots, Republicans, conservatives, the military, law enforcement, etc.

The Left uses people, plain and simple.
Thus we see talk about things like needing black voices, not just black faces, and a valid black voice is on the submits to the agenda of those lumping black persons into a group on the Democrat race and gender identity plantation. Like in many similar circumstances having a black face is insufficient to speakin with a black voice.
So look at the proposition in terms that the Woke Left employs.
Whites too have a camp on the Left’s plantation where their race determines what their attitudes should be. If a white person does not conform adequately to those attitudes they are by default oppressors. The Woke Left, drawn as it currently is from socialistic / communistic thought, is largely incapable of seeing that things like patriotism or wanting your nation and its culture to endure, or wanting your own people to survive on their land, is in anyway different than National Socialism.
An ideology that used to posit the notion of homelands for all groups has naturally passed on to demanding ethnically or culturally European nations not only do NOT have a right to homelands (because Nazism) they do not have a right to exist ... because if you aren’t open borders, prochoice, homofriendly, Islamofriendly, intersectional etc and you are white you are an oppressor and are off the reservation, a Deplorable, and in the view of the Woke Left you may as well be a Nazi.

It's disturbing to see again that ABC, instead of objectively reporting on the president's comments, decided to take sides and claim his comments were "racist".
President Trump never mentioned "race" or "color" in his comments and yet the entire democRAT party and the entire media, immediately pull out their well-worn race cards and throw them at the president.
These constant "racist" accusations are getting to the point of being like the boy who cried wolf.
After so much bigoted vitriol spewed at Mr. Trump, these racist allegations start to mean nothing to most Americans.
