Trump is often accused of trying to win the black vote. I say he's not trying to win the black vote. He's trying to win black voters. Peeling off even 2% of black voters who voted for Hillary in 2016 would be devastating for Democrats in the battleground states they need to flip back.
I STILL SAY that “only” 78 percent of black men voting for hillary may have won us one or two states last time around.
If they go the usual 96 percent, do we still win PA and some of the upper middle states that we won?
I dunno.
Of course black women voted 96 percent hillary.
But honest, if you look at my vote between 1988 to 2016, I voted for guys that mostly went against my TRUE conservative principles and blindly pulled the lever for R for president.
I know it was always the better of two evils, but being a reflexive voter for either party isn’t so great.
