I’m at the end of my career, but I’ve run a small - medium size community
hospital for many years now - if we had a suicidal patient that managed to
kill themself on the SECOND try - Medicare and everyone else would on us like I don’t know what. Probably many heads would roll.
Hard to believe a high value prisoner like Epstein could pull that off in
Federal custody.
