Seems at first they were typical blackmailers, videotaping the rich and famous having sex with young girls(and enjoying the same thing themselves) and blackmailing them for millions afterward.
Later, who knows when,it seems Epstein became involved with both the Mossad and CIA and most likely worked with them providing pretty much whatever they demanded while taking a huge cut along the way.
The game was most likely played like this. Maxwell would locate a male diplomat with diplomatic immunity from country to country invite him to Paris,NYC most of the time,New Mexico or Little St. James for some partying time with very young girls who had been brainwashed,kidnapped, or coerced into having sex with older men on a regular basis.
Evidently at least some diplomats eagerly had sex for the night with the younger gal or gals and were presented with the video tape the following day.
