Kek is the name for the cartoon frog adopted by pro-Trump guys at Reddit. From an Egyptian deity depicted as a frog. Used in lots of memes. Kekistan is his mythical country.
You have to check out 4chan and Kek to understand. Its convoluted, but funny story about an online group that one would have to research since i could not properly explain it myself.
