There is one noodle that concerns me.
The slower forward speed is probably a good sign for FL escaping the worst, don’t think there can be anything much better than moderate impacts from Palm Beach north now, but the eventual northward turn is more likely the slower Dorian goes now. Also noting that surface winds have shifted to a northerly direction in most parts of FL today. That is also consistent with the forecast scenario. Continued east to northeast winds would not be as good an omen for FL.
My concerns are gone. I now understand XTRP.
