St Aug is at the mouth of the inlet and very low.
It was flooded during Mathew.

I’m quite late catching up on this info, but thank you for mentioning St. Augustine specifically. I have very dear elderly friends who live there, so your post made me think of them. Now I have to check on them, and make sure they’re ok.
