There are other reasons Section 8 is often bad news..

Isn't it near impossible to get rid of a Section 8 who does not meet the owner's standards of behavior and keeping the place clean? And then there's the occasional problem of unmarried mommy with two kids gets the Section 8, but daddy lives there and deals drugs.

It's the same with the Group Home mess. An owner sets up a group home for people who can't live independently. Sometimes they're good neighbors, providing for people with limited abilities. But some of them are "recovered" drug addicts, etc.
