Most of them could be rejected for a hundred different valid reasons other than “solely” for Section 8 vouchers.
All my rental properties flunk section 8 inspection.
Horrible chess pools they are, without an oven and exposed plugs. I do put that all back when I rent to normal people.
The government can keep its money and its renters.

Also it’s fairly easy to flunk an inspection...just make sure the bathroom fan isn’t working, also use double locks (deadbolt keyed both sides) on the front doors.

Prove you didn’t reject because of the Section 8 voucher.
Obama tried, and the dems will try again as soon as they are back in charge to require cities to ensure that all neighborhoods had the correct demographics, ie, if your county is 30% black, then all neighborhoods must be as well. Failure to obtain the correct mixture meant withholding of all federal funds.
