Faisal Hussain broke the law when he illegally obtained his handgun. He broke the law when he took it out to the Danforth (you are not allowed to carry in Canada). And obviously he broke the law when he used it to shoot and kill people. Junior seems to think there a magic threshold where if he had to break one more law, Hussain would have stayed home.
That's the socialist's thinking in a nutshell. Like so many other gun-grabbers, he doesn't think things through. He's a dipshit.
