It’s important to understand the district an office holder comes from. I worked in the district she comes from. Admittedly it was almost forty years ago. It’s a fever swamp. But I could tell you then as now if you were to ask the residents of her district what the government owes them they’ll tell you it owes them everything. That’s what put her in office.
