That's been my take since Pres. Trump proclaimed he wanted to drain the Swamp. It explains the leaks, so-called whistle blowers, and others who have quit the Administration, and others with their attempted soft coups. Many of who Trump has hired were padding their resumes and didn't really believe Trump would be so out-spoken and really attempt the drain.
I feel badly for Pres. Trump that he has incurred so many back stabbers. However, I can understand his hiring mistakes because he's not a politician. The man expects others to act honorably like in business contracts. He came into politics over his head, not realizing how deep the Swamp is. I think he is learning.
