This is sick stuff.
That last bullet is b.s. The lawyers recommended the notes be placed on the server and Susan Rice stated Obama did the same thing. Plus, Trump released it instead of covering it up. FFS!
They moved it AFTER finding out about the complaint. Anyone with half a brain would move it.,,,,to protect its integrity.
Here’s a thought. How did they know it was moved unless “someone” tried to access it on the original storage computer? And I think you have to sign it....so I think we have a “dot”.
This is just noise. A Federal judge will not give Congress anything for an “impeachment inquiry.”
They are not entitled to anything under the Constitution, thus, the in-your-face response from Pompeo.
The DNC Media will huff and puff, some gaslighters will scream “obstruction” and whatever.
You have to actually bring impeachment proceedings to begin any of that and the minority gets similar powers too.
So, Pelosy ain’t doing that. This is a big show signifying nothing.
Pompeo asserting his rightful position to remind Congress of their place is not obstruction. Despite what Dems believe there are still 3 branches of government here.
