Bingo. Was going to post that but you beat me to it. Thats exactly what it is: being denied the right to life without due process. Its a violation of the 14th amendment. Race has nothing to do with it. For a board who prides itself on a love of the constitution, you would think you would not have to explain it. Police officers are agents of the state they are sworn to. When they deprive someone of life without due process, they commit a violation of civil rights and a violation of the 14th amendment.
