The two-party system is a tightly limited club, controlled by big money interests.
Elections are a sham, for the most part. Frick or Frack are both in the club, and you aren't. The vote is then held up as validation of whatever the government decides to do.
The truth of this became obvious to me years ago. We haven't been an actual republic for decades.
