Obama appointed VP Biden as the US proconsul for Ukraine. Hunter and john Kerry were put on the Burisma money pit.
With Obama's OK, Biden authorized $$$ three billion US taxpayer dollars to the post-coup government of the Ukraine.
The money disappeared. Joe Biden demanded the prosecutor investigating Burisma be canned.....or else.
