As long as he’s questioned under oath.
He’ll lie, of course, cuz he can’t reveal the full extent of the witness-coaching (and more) that he’s engaged in - otherwise the whole “impeachment” thing implodes
This way, when the truth eventually comes out, he can be charged with lying to Congress
