From May to October, Fargo is a very nice town. It is even tolerable in the wintertime once you get used to it. I grew up there.

But if you make yellow snow in public in the wintertime, expect to be fined and/or spend some time in the crossbars motel where they will feed you lutefisk or overcooked hot dish.

Fargo North alumnus here. Other than the very long bitter winters, the humid hot summers, mosquitoes the size of a Buick, the floods and the constant wind it’s not that bad.
