ACLU organization accessed a memorandum of agreement document between the state and Boston Dynamics through a public records request. The ACLU first learned of the robot dog after seeing a video posted to the police department’s Facebook page, according to the records request.

“The ACLU is interested in this subject and seeks to learn more about how your agency uses or has contemplated using robotics,” the group wrote in the records request letter.

Dear ACLU,

Future plans include, adding chainsaws, spikes, and jaws of life for the next Antifa parade.

I’d rather that the soldiers don’t get blown up. And that is the primary function of the dog. So I want the best ‘dog’ for the job.

For crying out loud, I was paying a knee jerk compliment to Conan. At the worst I am in a first place tie for those who love dogs and would never want unnecessary harm to come to one.
