Yes he is. Having worked in three nursing homes I've seen a lot of dementia. I lost my mother to Alzheimer's 14 years ago.In a year, at this rate, Joe will be a lot worse. He's a sick man and I don't understand why his family is putting him through this.

Money? Don't the dims manage to pocket a lot of the campaign money along the way and after a run is over? Seems like they have some way of making that work.
