There’s no such thing as an “assault weapon.”

Well it makes sense. No citizen needs military type weapons.

After all, that is why the Constitution limited the generation of our founding fathers to bows and arrows..and swords.

What the stupid libs can not understand is that the Constitution is not about guns. The 2Nd Amendment is not about guns.

The Constitution is about two things only: The formation of a government and instructions as to how it will operate....and clear instructions as to how to prevent the government and our citizens from losing their freedom to power hungry men.

Those who would subjugate the masses to their will have existed since the earliest records of man and they will always exist in mankind. The Constitution was intended to keep us free from that lust for power.

The liberal trend in Boise would be counterbalanced by adding eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington to the state.

I really think Fergusen is the greater threat. Inslee has a short attention span and can be distracted by a few rain drops or a puff of hot air (climate change).

If successful, Washington would become the seventh U.S. state to ban assault weapons, which it defines as semi-automatic rifles with at least one military feature

Ban semi auto rifles? This seems a bit odd. Over the last several decades law enforcement in the U.S has significantly ramped up their use of military style vehicles, weapons, uniforms, tactics, training, technology, drones, aircraft etc. Even small towns in rural areas now have military style swat teams, vehicles, et al. What is even more inquisitive is most on duty shooting deaths involving law enforcement are caused by criminals with typical handguns. And banning semi auto rifles that happen to be black will certainly not stop mass murders. Ask any terrorist. And any nutcake with little effort could make large capacity magazines, or bombs in their garage. Or just use their Oldsmobile to run over a dozen or two. Easy peasy. How is it possible Democrats don't know this? Personally, I am very confident they fully understand this as their targets of these ridicules punitive laws clearly seem to be pointed directly at the law abiding innocent.

That’s where I live. Unfortunately, Spokane, Wenatchee, Ellensburg all showing similar trends. Mostly imports from Seattle area (Microsoft heirs particularly).

in this state, the voters vote for something the rats just get a leftist judge to undo it..

I'm saying that it's time to ignore leftest judges. Our Constitution is like the Bible. I don't care what the leftest say about it. Both still rule my life.

I’m in the West with a very pro-2nd Amendment Sheriff. I would love to sever from the rest of the state. It’s the Tacoma-Seattle megalopolis that’s the problem.

Just saw a petition to repeal 1639. I’ll be signing that this weekend.

Or just redraw the border between Washington and Idaho. Instead of it running, latitudinal, have the border run, longitudinal. Everything east of the Cascades, to the Idaho border, can be the new state. Let the Dem’s have the coast. They won’t survive very long.

The Dem’s gain nothing. Republican’s gain 2 Senators and a House Rep or two.

If I am in pursuit of a felon, then yes I can enter a dwelling without a warrant.
But that does not mean I have free reign to search the place. Only places that you would reasonably suspect a person to hide.
Like dresser drawers. Or in a cabinet drawer.
Also can enter to assess the health of someone like on a DV. They have to let you in to investigate the call.
