She should become a producer then she can control casting of her own projects.
Some people use TV as an escape from reality, so the shows and commercials will not show reality....
How wrong can she get? Same-sex marriage may be LEGAL but it will NEVER, EVER, ever be right or moral. THAT is God's law and she can take it up with HIM when she finally passes on.
I need to tell my wife about this. She loves the channel but is turned off by “diverse casting.” She will stop watching the channel.
Like a plague of locusts, the leftists descend upon a good wholesome channel, destroy what is good about it, and move on to the next thing. Eventually, nothing is left.
An interracial couple would be fine.
But homos kissing would not, because they do not even show HETERO couples engaging that way
HM should be more careful in who they hire. or keep saying “we’ll get back to you on that..” anything but showing they caved....
“...she was let go from a job back in January...”
OR
“...she walked away...”
WHICH IS IT, HITLERLY GIRL?
They stood up to her diversity bullying and now shes mad because she didnt get her way. Hallmark had the right to be what it is. But that wont stop them from being destroyed by Leftists even though there are a plethora of outlets for diversity and LGBTQ. No, they must have complete conformity.
Teachable moment:
A company does something you disagree with, and you think that many customers feel the same as you do.
Some whine and complain and threaten the company to try to force them to cater to their desires. People who think this way are called losers.
Others see a market opportunity. Every business started by providing goods or services that someone else needed and was willing to pay for. People who think this way are called entrepreneurs.
Hallmark absolutely stinks as inclusivity! Why, they even failed to include her as an employee.

Quote: “A rep for [Hallmark] told Fox News: ‘Hilarie Burton was not an employee of Crown Media Family Networks.’”
I don’t really care, I haven’t had cable for at least 20 years. Just making the observation that Hallmark has been targeted for termination by the left. All of a sudden Hallmark is in the daily headlines.
Actors and actresses are not hired as writers or producers.
In some cases they may have dual roles, where they can be involved, but most of the time they are just pretty looking, talking props.
Just because she likes to sleep with other girls and black dudes doesn’t mean we have to pay to see it on TV.
Wow! Virtue signaling at its best!
Time to tune all of this garbage out including these lunatics who want to pervert the culture.
Then she says: I was told take it or leave it, Burton wrote. I left it. And the paycheck.
The 2 statements are in direct contradiction to each other.
Im frankly sick of the whole inter racial couple thing. Every commercial has a black man with a whit woman or a white man with a black woman. Its like black people dont like each other and white people dont like each other. One or two is fine, but almost every single commercial has mixed race couples.
They over do everything.
What a fake virtue-signaling nobody. Hallmark has not (yet) been inclusive with gay characters (couples, anuway), but they have a smattering of every race just like all the other networks do. The minister in a Christmas movie is usually black, as is the head of a department at a university. I’ve seen guys in their movies who seemed gay, but I can never tell if they are playing a character that way or of they just can’t sublimate their own gayness long enough to play a character in a sappy movie.
Spoken like a true racist Democrat. Notice how, in her mind, those two things are equivalent.
I want to remake the color purple with the blacks cast as whites and the whites cast blacks. That ought to make a few heads explode.
She “insisted”? An almost unknown actress makes demands, and is then surprised when nobody cares what she thinks?
There must be 50 more young women who would love to make a Hallmark movie about a white, straight couple. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
Hallmark actresses are very replaceable. Ask Lori Loughlin.
