Rush reviewed the whole situation and then concluded that until Pelosi is certain of a conviction in the Senate she will not name the managers and submit the impeachment articles to the Senate.
She will never allow impeachment to go forward when aquital is the outcome

As Pelosi’s articles of impeachment are garbage, why should anyone even wait or want their delivery.
The US Senate procedure should be equally creative as the House by simply proceeding.
