Politics is a dirty business. Blaming opponents is standard. But there comes a time when such finger-pointing is downright unpatriotic. Liberals crossed that line by trying to pin the downing of a Ukrainian passenger jet over Tehran on President Trump a tragedy thousands of Iranian protesters blamed on the malicious ineptitude of their own leaders.
The blame-Trump talking point wasnt limited to wacky corners of Twitter, mind you. Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.) serves on the House Armed Services Committee and chairs its Military Personnel Subcommittee. So theoretically, she shouldnt be a crazy person. Yet she was all over cable TV blaming Trump for Irans shoot-down of a Ukrainian passenger jet.
On Friday, Speier appeared on CNN claiming that the death of the planes 176 passengers emanates from the death of Soleimani.
This all started from the time the president of the United States reneged on the nuclear deal that we had with Iran.

Of course it is. Just let it go at that. Do not debate it.
I was going to say that. It requires no exegesis. They’re nuts.
It is also only the latest example of insanity in a list of thousands.
So the Democrats think it was Trump’s fault that Iran shot down a Ukranian passenger plane because Iran thought Trump would retaliate for their missile attack on the US base in Iraq, but Trump didn’t.
Or something like that.
A friend of mine (a NYC leftie) posted on FB that he was harassed today in the NYC subway by a gang of black 'youts' ... certainly an upsetting experience by any means ... but then within the comments he posted that "This is what happens when the right-wing culture takes over" .....
I just had to laugh .... the guy is just damn clueless !!!
This is the result of being a member of a cult which (in a variety of ways) tells its members what to say and how to respond to every event so as to blame its political opponent.
Just as married partners can share delusions and psychological problems (see folie à deux), an entire swath of population, when pounded with the same party line for years, can share the same delusion and have the same knee-jerk reaction to life events.
Though folie à deux afflictions are said to be "rare" in more extreme cases, they are quite common--even perhaps the rule--in the way pairs and the masses share common behaviors and common verbal responses to daily events.
Most married couples--and even fraternities and sororities--have their own private languages (words and phrases) and behavioral "handshakes."
When theres a crash on the 405, its President Trumps fault. Get with the program.
Leftwing racism. In their view, white people are the parents and non-whites are children who cant be held accountable.
She’s not insane. She knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s a Quisling. Prove me wrong! :-)
