The concealed carry permit in my State comes from Ethan Allen and his Green Mountain Boys. There’s no charge for that. If one has to pay to exercise a constitutional right, then it’s not really a right.
Oklahoma was admitted to the Union as a “Progressive” state. Constitutional Carry was just passed last year, and took effect on November 1st. I’d open carry if everyone else was doing so, but since most people don’t carry, I am willing to pay for the concealed carry permit.
But as one of my friends says, “You aren’t wrong.”
