Nobody did because the law is not a neutral set of rules equally applicable to all.

See my tag line. Orwell knew exactly who and what these people are.

And all the Second in Command’s were Obama holdovers some of whom stayed in power for many months up to a couple of years. Sessions screwed that up and RINOs like McConnell and Mccain are also to blame

Right. A lot of folks here on FR are ignorant about how these bureaucracies work. They somehow think the President can just fire someone and replace him/her in 10 minutes. That’s not how these agencies work. When Congress establishes a federal department, there are succession requirements built into the statute that establishes the department. Firing 90+ U.S. Attorneys simply means there will be 90+ deputies filling their former bosses’ roles temporarily. Why does everyone just assume that the deputies will be any better than the original ones?

Law enforcement personnel are entrusted with awesome powers. They can detain citizens and deprive them of their liberty. They can kill citizens with deadly force. They can take their property.

This awesome power must be used fairly. It isn’t, in every case. A prosecutor can send anyone to jail for life, or to the death chamber.

There are few politicians alive or dead who wouldn’t use this awesome power for their own ends. They are as guilty as the law enforcement personnel who abused their power, and need to go to prison for life, but won’t - the corrupt law enforcement system will not convict one of their own.

Mrs. Infool7 says

Any, ANY government pay

seven years max.

She doesn’t cap it at a dollar amount.

After you max out find something in the private sector.

7

A lot of the Political appointees of Obama at the Justice department were converted to Civil Service Employees before Obama left Office.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This happened in all agencies, not just the Justice Department.
The Kenyanesian Usurper had eight long years to corrupt our ENTIRE government.
Because BOTH parties decided we did not need that natural born citizen requirement anymore.
McCabe was cleared on one possible charge out of several that he is still on the hook for.
DOJ let McCabe slide on matters unrelated to the Russian investigation. If you read the IG report McCabe was involved with some arm twisting to get the original Carter Page FISA request approved. At that point, none of the Steele Dossier had been verified. McCabe also wanted to include it in the main body of January 6, 2017 intelligent report. Nothing had been verified by then either. A couple of weeks later a source for Steele was interviewed and said it was crap. The source was interviewed 2 more times and said it was crap, but FISA renewals continued.
I think what McCabe has to worry about is his involvement with the appointment of the special council. Rosenstein is a weasel but he had only been on the job for a few weeks. He is going to blame McCabe for his faulty decisions.
I didn’t know that, but it just reinforces my skepticism about him.
